• Define and lead the strategic direction, innovation and development of EverPro’s Web and SEO efforts • Lead a team driving all SEO, UX and web dev activities • Develop a forward-looking web strategy that integrates with EverPro’s business goals and marketing vision • Establish and communicate a strategic web and SEO roadmap to senior leadership outlining priorities, goals, and milestones • Partner cross functionally to help plan and execute our conversion rate optimization roadmap across organic and paid channels • Cultivate customer empathy and centricity. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing web strategy team • Manage agency partners, including scoping vendor engagements and ensuring alignment to best practices and business goals • Spearhead data driven initiatives supporting SEO, paid media & CRO and user experience optimization
Requirements
• 15+ years’ of Web & SEO expertise for PLG and B2B SaaS companies, with 5+ years’ leading a mix of SEO & Web • Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices • Technical proficiency with web dev platforms, search engines and CMS • Proficiency with the following tools: Google Analytics and/or Heap Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush & Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Excel • Analytical and adept at project management • Creativity and a test & learn experimentation mindset • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to articulate vision, strategies and performance to stakeholders
