Description

• Collaborate closely with People Operations team to support intern program • Improve People Team processes and create documentation • Organize final intern project presentations with executive leaders • Gather feedback from intern managers on performance and hiring eligibility • Provide recommendations on processes supporting People Operations and employee experience • Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Major in Business Management or Human Resources • High level of attention to detail/accuracy. • Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. • Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small. • Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.
