• Manage, maintain and optimise Go-To-Market tools • Focus on processes that support the customer journey • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams to improve efficiency
• 3+ years of experience as a system admin for Salesforce • Experience with common GTM systems, including Marketing Automation, Sales Acceleration, Data Management and iPaaS tools • Strong understanding of system architecture, integration principles, and APIs • Experience working with large data sets to identify and resolve data issues • Intermediate skills in Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis and problem-solving • Ability to write and execute detailed project plans with a focus on scalability • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot and address roadblocks proactively • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and work independently when needed • Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and respectful feedback • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering effective solutions
