• Everi is proud to be the gaming industry’s single-source provider of financial technology solutions, games, and intelligence solutions. We are currently seeking a talented NOC Engineer to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network operations. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for network management, we want you!\n• This position will be working the DAY Shift, 5 days per week ( Monday Friday 6AM-2:30PM PST)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.\n• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license(s), as required\n• 2-5 years of experience in a network operations center / technical support environment.\n• Some experience working with ISP vendors.\n• Proficient knowledge of Windows applications and operating systems.\n• Basic networking and PC knowledge.\n• Knowledge of server hardware, peripherals, and management systems.\n• Knowledge of networking devices, including switches and routers.\n• Knowledge of network, systems, and IT infrastructure management systems.\n• Some experience with network monitoring tools.\n• Experience with CRM platforms.\n• Gaming experience and gaming license are highly desirable.
