• The Accounts Receivable Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections. • This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing a team and ensuring the company’s working capital goals are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred • 3-5 years of related work experience • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks • 3-5 years people management experience • Ability to understand the needs of a multi-company environment • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
