• This position is responsible and accountable for the execution of the critical business function of guiding cross-functional teams in the creation of products and services that improve customer experience and generate revenue for EVERSANA. • This leader should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product or service, from conception to revenue. • This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying key targets for the solution, and creating integrated proposals to support the commercialization of a client’s product or products.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, with 5+ -or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry. • Experience working in, selling to, or interacting with biotech, SMID and large pharma. • Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage. • Solid command of the complexity of overall healthcare system- hospitals, payers, HCPs. • Strategic thinking and creativity to think “outside the box.” • Strong interpersonal skills and leading through influence. • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership for opportunities to help grow the revenue and business for EVERSANA. • Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Advanced use of Excel to create comprehensive spreadsheets with formulas, referenced cells, graphs, and pivot tables as needed to enhance analysis, thought process, and presentation. • Ability to utilize and navigate various industry databases, analyze data & trends, draw conclusions, and communicate output to leadership.
