• Responsible for analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of software development projects within ServiceNow ITSM and CSM. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions. • Perform necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions. • Research, analyze, design, and develop high-quality automation workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. • ITIL Foundations certified. • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM applications with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical roles. • 8+ years as a ServiceNow Developer. • 5+ years of experience in the CSM module of ServiceNow. • Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow. • Expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
