Description

• Everstream Analytics is looking for a customer-focused Implementations Consultant to join our Professional Services team, to drive customer implementation projects. • You will act as a point of contact during the implementation of the Everstream solutions. • You will work with customers to understand data gaps, advise on efforts to minimize those gaps, and map and configure the solution to our customers’ needs. • You will also advise customers on best practices in implementation and drive the project to completion before handing over the customer account to our Customer Success team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable. • At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation experience, preferably within supply chain, procurement or transportation solutions. • Alternatively, a supply chain consulting role with a software related focus. • Self-starter with a curious attitude and a willingness to learn and master new technologies. • Ability to execute against defined project milestones and maintain timelines • Ability to act easily in a global environment, with understanding of cultural differences and behavior. • English: both oral and written proficiency, with ability to clearly communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
