• Responsible for nurturing and growing online community • Developing and executing a strategic social media presence • Enhancing brand reputation and driving user engagement • Collaborative role requiring partnership with marketing and content teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years social media experience at a brand or creator account. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey the brand's voice. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and the For You Page. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging content and community initiatives. • Content creation experience such as video creation and editing, photo editing, etc. and familiarity with in-app creator tools across social platforms. • Ability to work independently and cross functionally, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Ability to meet deadlines and post on social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight. • Up to date on relevant cultural events and social media trends. • Managed social media accounts (Instagram) of 250k+ followers a plus. • Familiarity with the brand's industry (women’s health/ femtech) and target audience is a plus.
