• About Everyday Dose • Everyday Dose is redefining the way people approach health and wellness. Our innovative products have built a loyal community, and as we transition from a primarily DTC/CPG focus to retail, we’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to help elevate our brand voice and create impactful messaging that resonates across all platforms and audiences. • Why you should join us! • As the Senior Copywriter/Copy Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping Everyday Dose’s brand narrative. You’ll think strategically about how our brand shows up in the world while crafting compelling copy that drives both awareness and conversion. This role bridges the gap between brand creative and performance-driven initiatives, ensuring a cohesive, engaging voice that connects with our current and future audiences and play a pivotal role in the continuing growth and success of Everyday Dose. The Sr. Copywriter is a lover of language, a masterful storyteller, and a guardian of brand voice/tone. You are a conceptual thinker and brand storyteller who can develop consumer-driven content that will engage, inform, educate, and inspire consumers. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be a strategic partner in building an in-house creative studio by attracting and developing talent that can ensure Everyday Dose’s position as the next household name brand. • What You’ll Bring • Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Develop innovative, strategically driven creative concepts and translate them into finished copy and creative content that will be personable, memorable and persuasive. • Define brand tone and voice and develop the editorial standard for all copy to ensure adherence by internal and external partners. • Develop product differentiation and messaging frameworks that articulate Everyday Dose’s unique value proposition as we expand into retail. • Partner with the creative team to craft compelling campaign concepts, product storytelling, and long-form content that inspires and informs. • Write high-converting ad copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and other direct-response assets. • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment across brand and performance goals. • Support the creation of content plans for social, digital, and in-store channels, ensuring each piece reinforces the broader brand story. • Adapt our messaging for retail audiences, including point-of-sale materials, packaging copy, and promotional campaigns. • Share your craft across all marketing touchpoints, including but not limited to: eComm, email, digital, social, catalog/direct mail, retail, events, packaging, video and sell in support. • Collaborate with internal and external members of the Everyday Dose creative team to write headlines, scripts, manifestos, social posts, banners and anything in between. • Conduct any discovery needed to start a project and inspire high-performing copy – connect with product teams and merchandisers, and lean into consumer insights and category/cultural trends. • Collaborate with marketing and product team to ensure integrity of message from product inception to launch. • Contribute to cross-channel ideation and omnichannel campaign development
• 7-10 years of concept development and copy creation experience for an in-house creative team or agency, ideally in both brand and performance marketing for DTC/CPG, wellness. Experience in the coffee industry a MAJOR plus. • The ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively, with a proven track record of hitting strategic initiatives in brand voice, tone, and direction • Demonstrated experience in writing for retail brands across various consumer touchpoints including but not limited to eComm, catalog, digital, social, retail and experiential. • A diverse portfolio reflecting strategic insight, creative ideation and engaging storytelling for retail brands that range in tone and mediums. • A big-picture storyteller who can craft narratives that connect with audiences while achieving business objectives. • Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance insights to optimize messaging. • From punchy headlines to long-form copy, you excel at adapting your writing style to different channels and formats. • Thrives in a team environment and enjoys brainstorming and problem-solving with cross-functional partners. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work. • Excited by the challenge of helping a brand evolve and expand into new markets. • An entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced culture • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Deadline driven, with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail • The ability to own the full project as well as inspire and direct freelance writers • BA in English, creative writing, advertising, or related field. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a superb command of the English language and advanced grammar skills. • Google and Mac platform proficiency
