Description

• Everyday Speech is a leader in Social-Emotional Learning. • Our Social Learning Platform (SLP) provides educators with curriculum materials for students of ALL ages across special education and general education classes. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform. • Your role will include driving incremental improvements in infrastructure, contributing to technical architecture, and ensuring effective monitoring and optimization. • Your work will enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Curiosity: We’re a team of lifelong learners trying to be better every day. • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in full-stack development with Angular, NestJS, Postgres, and event-driven architecture. • Observability Skills: Proven experience in setting up and maintaining logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, preferably with Datadog. • AWS Proficiency: Experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and Kinesis, and an interest in containerization. • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Infrastructure Experience: Experience driving incremental improvements in infrastructure and tuning systems for optimal performance.
