• Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars • Execute strategies to drive growth through management of sales specialists • Advance professional development and sales effectiveness of associates • Recruit, develop, and train sales associates with performance standards • Forecast monthly revenue projections utilizing the company CRM • Drive standard work to funnel management process in CRM • Develop and maintain relationships within key accounts • Work with Sales Vertical and Applications team to deploy solutions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital pathology sector • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, not limited to in Business or Science • 5-7 years relevant sales experience • 5 years or more management experience • Prior capital sales experience • Contract negotiation/high level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
