• Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features • Define product requirements based on legal industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback • Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader legal tech landscape • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges unique to the legal industry • Foster a collaborative team culture • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Contract Intelligence portfolio • Partner with engineering, data science, product management, design, and product marketing teams • Collaborate closely with legal experts, technology teams, and external stakeholders • Clear articulation of monetization strategies to increase revenue

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in product management • Product development with a focus on AI solutions • Experience in assessing opportunity size for AI products • Experience assessing AI metrics and business impact of AI products • Ability to engage on technical decisions - technical background a plus • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools relevant to legal applications • Excellent at clear and logical communication of technical requirements • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in client-facing roles • A problem solver
