📋 Description

• The Client Analytics team offers candidates the opportunity to work with key business, analytics, product, and operational leaders to deliver client-specific analytical insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients • Your role works closely with customer strategy and growth teams to develop analytical insights that communicate Evolent’s value story to client stakeholders • We turn complex datasets into business insights and visualizations to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions • Working in Power BI, Excel, SAS, SQL, or similar analytical software to analyze clinical authorization and healthcare claims data • Serving as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating Evolent product performance and identifying opportunities to better manage their health plan populations • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics aligned with client strategy and Evolent’s value story • Creating data visualizations in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to deliver data-driven insights to non-analytical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of advanced experience using SQL • Must be able to code from scratch, pull and manipulate data • 2 or more years of advanced experience using Excel • 2 or more years of experience using SAS is preferred • 2 or more years of advanced experience using PowerBI and PowerPoint for data visualizations to present and deliver business insights clearly and succinctly • 2 or more years of experience within a healthcare analytics role • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data • Must demonstrate the ability to be an independent thinker with experience managing multiple, simultaneous, long-term projects with varying timelines • Must demonstrate a collaborative working style with experience working across different organizations • BS or BA in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience with a quantitative emphasis
