• As a UX/UI Designer in our CRO team, you'll work closely with our CRO managers and other digital experts to craft visually stunning and highly effective interfaces. • You'll play a key role in optimizing user journeys, ensuring that our clients’ digital products are not only beautiful but also convert like crazy. • Every pixel you design will contribute to our clients' success, helping them achieve tangible growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar • Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, including user research and usability testing • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a love for clean, modern design • Experience working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented perfectly • Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to feedback • Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly and persuasively • Passion for data-driven design and the ability to leverage analytics to inform your decisions • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
