• Be our in-house technical expert! • Join a rapidly growing team working on beautiful and quality websites and apps. • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers. • Architect technical solutions and create documentation. • Advise and manage teams for measurable results. • Enhance internal design and development processes. • Maintain ownership of project architecture and outcomes. • Explain technical concepts and solutions to clients. • 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience. • Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs. • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects. • Ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops. • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects. • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in PHP and Drupal development. • Ability to mentor and train teams. • Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA. • Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient)
