• Take full ownership of planning, timelines, and execution of all assigned events, including industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and growth-oriented activities. • Develop and execute event strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. • Oversee booth design, venue layout, and event atmosphere to optimize lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility. • Manage event-related merchandise, promotional materials, and growth-focused incentives for attendees. • Coordinate with external photo and video production providers to create high-quality content for marketing, social media, and post-event campaigns to drive continued growth. • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI and alignment with growth targets. • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with vendors, venues, service providers, and potential partners to expand growth opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and manage logistics to ensure all event elements are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with growth objectives. • Collaborate with SMM, PR and content teams to use events as a tool for growth brand, ensuring extended reach and lead generation beyond the physical event. • Set KPIs for event-driven growth, including customer acquisition, retention, and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities tied to events. • Research and implement online and hybrid event formats to boost engagement and growth for B2B partners, integrating them with broader marketing strategies. • Stay updated on global trends in growth marketing, digital innovation, and event marketing to continuously apply new strategies that enhance business growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Event Manager, preferably with experience in growth-focused marketing or business development in industries like i-Gaming, Betting, CyberSport, or Affiliate Marketing. • A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in event-driven growth or business development. • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher. • Strong attention to detail – events are key growth drivers, so quality is essential. • Expertise in creating technical specifications and requirements for events with a focus on scaling growth. • Excellent negotiation skills with a growth-oriented mindset. • Creative problem-solving abilities for designing events that maximize customer acquisition and business impact. • Willingness and ability to travel for event execution. • Experience in digital marketing, brand management, communications management, BD, PR.
