📋 Description
• Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Analyse, Verbesserung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen. • Leitung von Workshops, Schulung der Kunden und Durchführung von Projekten. • Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten. • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungen. • Enge Beziehungspflege zu Kunden und Stakeholdern, um Anforderungen und Erwartungen zu erfüllen. • Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von geschäftlichen, funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen. • Identifikation von Bedürfnissen in Discovery-Workshops und Gestaltung von Workflows. • Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und Training der Kunden zur Nutzung von ServiceNow. • Entwicklung von Testplänen und Umsetzungsstrategien.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im informationstechnischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bereich ServiceNow mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozessoptimierung. • Kenntnisse in ServiceNow-Prozessen (z. B. CSM, FSM) und Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen. • Freude an klarer Dokumentation und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten. • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten. • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen. • Reisebereitschaft von 30-50%. • Nice-to-have: Zertifizierungen wie ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) oder Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
