• Fachliche Unterstützung und Fehlerbehebung bei SAP-Anwendungen. • Agiere als Customer Care Manager und zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden. • Durchführung von Kleinprojekten und Change Requests. • Pflege der Kundenbeziehung für Supportthemen. • Regelmäßige Datenanalyse und Berichterstattung über Tickets. • 2nd-Level- und 3rd-Level-Support für SAP-Anwender.
🎯 Requirements
