• Verantwortung für technische Umsetzung spannender Projekte im Bereich ServiceNow. • Design und Implementierung komplexer Lösungen zur Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen. • Austausch mit dem Kunden und aktives Vertrauensaufbauen. • Konfiguration und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Applikationen/Module. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen für pünktliche Lieferung, Budget- und Scope-Management. • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Verwirklichung von Integrationen. • Weitergabe von Wissen an Teammitglieder und Etablierung von Best Practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im informationstechnischen Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung. • Tiefes Verständnis der ServiceNow Plattformarchitektur, Applikationen und Module. • Erfahrung mit Integrationen zwischen ServiceNow und anderen Tools/Systemen. • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von ServiceNow. • ServiceNow Zertifizierungen sind erwünscht. • Erfahrung mit dem Scrum Framework ist ein Plus. • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung. • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. • Reisebereitschaft 30% bis 50%.
