Description

• Respond to and resolve P1-P5 issues in accordance with SLA requirements. • Implement and recommend cost improvement strategies and ideas. • Collaborate on tool unification efforts to streamline operations. • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure using Datadog to ensure performance and reliability. • Support and manage various AWS services, including but not limited to: DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, ECS, EKS, KMS, ALB. • Participate in a 24x5 support scheme, including on-call duties on weekends every 3-4 months. • Work effectively with cross-functional teams distributed across different time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in cloud engineering or related roles. • Proficient in AWS services, particularly in a multi-region deployment at enterprise scale. • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools. • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with remote teams.
