Description

• Senior Associate - R&D within the Professional Services team, utilizing a technology platform for compliance needs • Lead technical interviews, draft technical narratives, and compute jurisdictional credits • Communicate with clients, assist PM to manage multiple projects, apply tax code and regulations, oversee work of Associates, and provide mentorship and feedback • Contribute to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success aspects of the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or other related/quantitative fields • 2+ years of experience within R&D • Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects • Self-motivated and able to work in a deadline-driven environment • Strong analytical and project management skills • Analytically minded with a sharp eye for detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve results • Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to outsourcing professionals • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
