• Analyze and assess client requirements in the financial industry • Design optimized governance processes based on ServiceNow IRM • Develop risk-optimized multi-provider strategies and implement them in ServiceNow • Conduct training and workshops • Manage and communicate internally regarding the technical implementation of requirements • Coordinate sub-projects regarding quality and effort • Present project results to clients • Support sales in estimating and preparing offers • Presales tasks related to GRC/IRM workflows at client • Technical and professional consulting for clients about ServiceNow
🎯 Requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of GRC processes and standard regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, BAIT, TISAX, MA-Risk) • Good knowledge and experience with management systems (ITIL, Cobit, ISMS, Risk Management) • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) • Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or government is desirable • Familiarity with implementing ServiceNow projects • Understanding of large data centers and complex infrastructures • Strong initiative, structured working style, and creative potential • Strong assertiveness, team spirit, and analytical thinking
