• Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen bezüglich der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services • Konzeption von optimierten ITSM Prozessen auf Basis von ServiceNow und ITIL • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops • Steuerung und interne Kommunikation bezüglich technischer Umsetzung • Steuerung und Koordination von Teilprojekten • Erarbeitung und Präsentation von Projektergebnissen für Kunden • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kalkulation und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten • Presales Aufgaben bei Präsentation der ITSM Workflows • Fachliche und technische Beratung sowie Betreuung von Kunden
🎯 Requirements
• tiefgreifende Kenntnisse zu ITIL und ITSM Prozessen • langjährige Erfahrung als Consultant • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Finanzdienstleistung, Versicherung oder Behörden • Umsetzung von ServiceNow Projekten ist Dir vertraut • Kenntnisse großer Rechenzentren und komplexer Infrastrukturen • charismatische, kommunikative Persönlichkeit • empathische, konstruktive und lösungsorientierte Art • hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative • strukturierte Arbeitsweise • kreatives Potenzial • Durchsetzungsvermögen • ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit • analytisches Denkvermögen • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • langjährige Erfahrung im Beratungskontext • fundiertes ITIL-Methodenwissen (idealerweise zertifiziert) • Erfahrungen mit IT Enterprise Software (vorzugsweise ServiceNow) sowie Microsoft Office Produkten
