• Provide individual and group counseling to clients and their families • Collaborate closely with the VIEW team • Assist in the development of recovery-focused initiatives and programs

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field • Licensed and certified through Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LICSW or LMFT preferred • Strong communication and active listening skills • Empathy and ability to build trust with clients • Ability to work effectively in a team • Dedication to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health • Ability to pass a criminal background check
