• Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail to ensure customer satisfaction • Identifying customer needs • Work with other departments to resolve complex customer requests according to their needs and requirements • Document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement • Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information

Requirements

• You have fun on the phone and a strong customer and service orientation • You are a team player, but able to work individually as well • You are flexible, reliable and show commitment • You are fluent in Polish and have good written and spoken English language skills • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
