📋 Description
• Support all aspects of network infrastructure and Microsoft platforms • Configure, support, troubleshoot, maintain servers including e-mail, print, and backup • Configure and support routers/firewalls • Conduct research into networking issues and products • Perform presales hardware and software recommendations • Enter time and expense into customer management system • Close tickets and tasks and enter resolution information • Mentor desktop and field technicians • Define technology best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in network/server support services, certifications a plus • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Highly self motivated and directed • Keen attention to detail • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Strong customer service orientation • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Knowledge of LAN / WAN design topology implementation • Proficient with Cloud, SANS, NAS storage devices • Experience with VPN, IPSEC, Certificate and other security services • Knowledge in cloud and on premise Infrastructure
