• What is Exoticca? • Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency that has revolutionized the conception, production, and e-commerce of long-distance dream trips. • The QA Chapter Lead will be responsible for driving the quality strategy and execution across multiple development teams. • Focusing on ensuring best practices in testing, automation, and quality assurance processes are applied, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • The QA Chapter Lead will mentor and support QA engineers, establish standards, and promote test-driven development, measuring continuous improvement with KPIs and metrics.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, proactive in project planning and requirements gathering. • Excellent English communication skills, especially written. • Proficiency in mobile and/or web application testing. • Programming skills applied to test automation. • Experience with FE and BE automation testing frameworks such as Cypress and Postman. • Test case design. • Test data management. • Test automation design patterns. • Experience in KPis monitoring and DORA metrics. • Comfortable with version control tools and CI processes using tools like Github, Jenkins, Jira. • Documentation tools such as Confluence. • Critical thinking.
