This involves: • Driving OKRs-led initiatives to achieve strategic growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering impactful, measurable outcomes. • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as UX designers and engineering teams enhance workflows and maximize customer experience and efficiency. • Contributing a deep understanding of user needs and market trends, as well as the various business constraints (product, marketing, sales, etc.). • Fostering an innovative environment where each team member brings their passion and skills to the table.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Demonstrated success in Product Management of technology-driven products, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • A proactive, innovative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
