• About Us: The Firm EXP is a forward-thinking personal injury legal consulting company offering a wide range of services, including Personal Injury Consulting, SaaS solutions, Demand Writing, KPI Development, Process Implementation, Case Management, Medical Records Requests, and more. • We are dedicated to providing our clients with top-tier support, enabling them to operate more efficiently and effectively. • We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us visually communicate our brand's values and services. • Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help elevate our brand’s visual identity. • In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visuals that align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to personal injury law firms. • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, particularly in the legal or professional services sectors. • Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and more. • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce effective promotional materials that highlight our services. • Design presentations and other client-facing materials that convey our value proposition in a clear and compelling manner. • Stay current with design trends and tools to ensure our visuals are modern and effective. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) • Experience designing for the legal or professional services industry is a plus. • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers. • Familiarity with digital marketing practices and the ability to design for both print and digital media.
