• At Rethem, we're revolutionizing the sales landscape by putting buyer outcomes at the forefront. • Our AI-driven platform empowers your sales reps to deliver outcomes, helping them crush their quotas. • As an AWS Full-Stack Developer, you will build and optimize full-stack applications within an established architecture. • This role emphasizes backend development while also supporting frontend AWS technologies. • You will implement end-to-end full-stack solutions, leveraging AWS services for scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment, and AI integration for intelligent automation and insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in backend development using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, with an understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures. • Expertise in JavaScript and Vue.js is essential for creating responsive, interactive user interfaces seamlessly integrated with AWS services. Skilled in optimizing performance, managing frontend-backend communication, and deploying with AWS Amplify. • Expertise in using AI-powered co-pilot tools to streamline microservices development and automate test case generation from instructions. Proficient in creating reusable AI-driven assets and templates to accelerate workflows, minimize redundancy, and foster innovation. • Knowledge of AWS Cognito for secure authentication and IAM for access control, following best practices for data security and compliance. • Basic knowledge with AWS CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy) and a basic knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform to support deployment processes. • Strong analytical skills with experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex application features in alignment with architectural standards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly explaining architectural choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Take proactive initiative to automate routine processes, increase operational efficiency.
