📋 Description
• Compile, manage, and use billing data, contract provisions, and pricing constructs across multiple systems to support client billing and invoicing. • Assist with ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the billing processes. • Lead efforts to create billing workflow tools designed to automate billing data gathering processes and increase billing process efficiency. • Prepare and process billing-related documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is ideal, with Accounting/Finance concentration or equivalent educational background • 2+ years of billing/OTC experience • Advanced English level • Experience with MS Office and proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) • Work well with others in a team environment • Experience to interpret written client contracts • Oracle E-Business or ERP System experience – as an ideal.
