โ€ข This is a remote position. โ€ข JOB DESCRIPTION: Transaction Coordinator (40 transactions/year) โ€ข Draft and manage offer documents, overseeing transactions from contract to closing. โ€ข Develop and maintain structured workflows to ensure efficient transaction management. โ€ข Facilitate communication and coordination with all parties involved, including inspectors, title/escrow agents, lenders, and appraisers. โ€ข Keep clients, agents, and other stakeholders informed with regular updates. โ€ข Provide sellers and buyers with weekly progress reports. โ€ข Prepare commission statements or greensheets for DA processing. โ€ข Collect essential details such as utility and maintenance records from sellers for buyers. โ€ข Arrange final readings or Title V inspections as needed. โ€ข Organize and schedule key transaction events, such as move-in/move-out dates, final walkthroughs, and closings. โ€ข Implement a follow-up plan for buyers and sellers post-closing. โ€ข Accurately input client details into CRM/database for tracking and follow-up. โ€ข Social Media Manager โ€ข Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. โ€ข Create high-quality visual and video content to strengthen brand presence. โ€ข Develop content calendars that align with brand messaging and promotional strategies. โ€ข Monitor, respond, and engage with audience interactions to build community relationships. โ€ข Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. โ€ข Collaborate with marketing teams (if applicable) to ensure consistent brand representation. โ€ข Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative content strategies. โ€ข Maintain and update digital marketing calendars. โ€ข Provide reports and insights on social media campaign performance. โ€ข Oversee website updates and content management. โ€ข General Admin โ€ข Communicate with parties involved whenever necessary โ€ข Calendar management โ€ข Email management โ€ข Organize files into folders and create labels
