🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, mobile push, or SMS marketing. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Braze, Iterable) and other marketing publishing or content tools. • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft & edit compelling and engaging marketing content. • Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and automation workflows. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
