Description

• Develop automated solutions for operational issues and deployment tasks • Work with Linux, Kubernetes, Databases (PostgreSQL), Bash, Gitlab, Java, Python, and Helm • Setup and maintain internally facing SaaS solutions • Develop, build out, and maintain automated CI/CD systems • Help protect against and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities • Operate distributed high availability systems • Work with vendors to resolve issues • Document processes, changes, and environments • Self-organize and prioritize tasks • Work with the development team on Docker and Kubernetes solutions • Create automation solutions for manual tasks performed by support teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of Linux experience in a professional setting • 1+ years of Kubernetes experience • 1+ years of experience using Git • Scripting experience in Bash, Python, etc • Familiarity with virtual machines, hypervisors, and containers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced degree in Software Engineering or related discipline preferred • Exposure to networking and IP communication protocols • Knowledge of telco and 3G/4G/LTE or 5G networks is an advantage • Experience with Application Development and APIs is advantageous • System monitoring and performance analysis experience required
