Description

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI systems tailored to meet customer missions. • Develop end-to-end AI solutions, including problem definition, data preparations, model development, performance evaluation, and deployment. • Continuously optimize the performance of models and systems through iterative improvements. • Collaborate with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to translate customer needs into scalable, mission-ready AI solutions. • Conduct research and create prototypes to explore emerging AI technologies and innovative applications. • Demonstrate excellence in Data Science and AI engineering, mentor juniors, and foster innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline • 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models • 1+ year of experience developing products or functional prototypes using LLMs and RAG technologies • Expertise in generative AI frameworks such as GAN, GPT, and LangChain • Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative models • Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create design documents, technical reports, and presentations for varied audiences
