🎯 Requirements
• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a PLUS!) • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment, with a proven track record of implementing successful enhancements. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring optimized system performance. • Project Management: Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, with excellent organizational skills. • Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Language: C1 English proficiency is required to collaborate in an international environment.
