📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Company Mission: Our mission is to reduce the cost of capital across the world. • About the Company: We have invented a new credit card powered by an advanced asset securing platform that enables us to offer much lower APRs to consumers. • Our work involves building the world’s first completely autonomous asset-securing process, world-class risk models for underwriting, and an incredibly smooth & efficient product experience for consumers to apply, activate, and manage their credit cards. • We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and motivated person who will help provide critical testing and licensing support to the Compliance Team. • The perfect candidate will have previous Compliance experience at a financial institution or bank - experience in licensing is a plus. • The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn necessary regulatory requirements and the types of documentation we provide customers to meet those requirements. • The candidate will use that knowledge to test our performance in adherence to those requirements and communicate the results of that testing to Compliance and Company Leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in Compliance monitoring and testing • At least 1 year experience in business and lending licensing • Experience in a technology-first environment • SQL experience required • Experience with Asana or Jira preferred • Quick learner who is willing to take on new challenges • Strong orientation to deadline and detail • Organization and Time Management skills are a must • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Ability to embrace and champion our core values • Ability to work US Eastern Time 9AM - 6 PM (or have availability during some of that time period) • Must be based in the Philippines
