📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking experienced Bookkeepers to join our team. • The ideal candidates will have strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience, familiarity with U.S. accounting practices, and proficiency in Excel. • The role involves working on accounts payable (AP) in the books, reconciling bank transactions, and performing data compilation for research analysis. • Classifying bank transactions in the general ledger. • Performing reconciliations and research data compilation. • Handling intercompany transactions, payables, and receivables. • Matching accounts receivable (AR) and preparing journal entries for payroll. • Participating in a virtual office environment, communicating and collaborating via Google Hangouts and G Suite.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices • Proficiency in Excel • Experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and the G Suite • Ability to work during U.S. daytime • Strong English language skills • Self-directed and able to work independently • Experience in bookkeeping and handling AP and AR tasks • Must live in the Philippines
