Provide prompt and clear legal advice and guidance to leadership, sales, and various internal stakeholders within the company on a wide range of legal issues. β’ Review, negotiate, and draft various customer agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the organization's business interests. β’ Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure all contractual relationships and policies meet legal and company standards. β’ Prepare and conduct training to support the onboarding and ongoing education of sales and leadership team members on legal risks and compliance requirements. β’ Assist with complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Juris Doctor, or equivalent, from an accredited law school. β’ Admitted to, and in good standing with, the bar in at least one US jurisdiction. β’ Minimum eight years of experience practicing law with significant experience negotiating legal/commercial terms relevant to technology contracts, including prior experience in a corporate legal department. β’ Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex contractual arrangements. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β’ Knowledge and expertise on specific laws, rules, and regulations related to cybersecurity, information security, and privacy. β’ Expertise in identifying and resolving booking and revenue recognition issues in technology agreements.
