🎯 Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel). • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes. • Experience with email compliance regulations and best practices.
