• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials, including participant workbooks, video tutorials, interactive eLearning modules, knowledge-based articles, and assessments • Create visually appealing and easily digestible multimedia content that effectively communicates complex technical and sales enablement concepts to diverse audiences • Develop learning paths and curricula that cater to different user roles and proficiency levels, ensuring a tailored learning experience • Utilize a variety of tools and software for content creation, graphic design, video editing, and e-learning development • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product managers to gather information and insights about our networking products, software applications, and industry trends • Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our training materials • Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness of training materials and make continuous improvements based on feedback and analytics • Participate in project planning and coordination, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement experience in instructional design and content creation in a corporate environment, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry • Proficiency in using multimedia and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, etc.) – preferably advanced skills in Storyline animation • Experience with LMS systems in building courses and gamification • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner • Fluent in one or more video editing tools; experience editing videos • Creative mindset with the ability to visualize concepts and transform them into engaging content • Successful implementation of designing and building branching courses
