📋 Description
• Reporting Analyst position focusing on analytics and reporting for Security Technology Services. • Manage BAU activities for assigned portfolio including audit support and documentation. • Support service improvement initiatives and automate reporting processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. • 5 - 7 years working within Information Technology in a global firm. • Conceptual knowledge of security applications and technologies, including Cloud technologies. • Experience with developing management reporting leveraging SQL databases, scripting and API configuration and management. • Knowledge of SharePoint development and management. • Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships in a matrixed organization. • Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
