β’ Join us and help to build our next phase of growth across the DACH region. β’ Reporting to the Sales Director DACH you will help us establish and drive success across your region. β’ You will manage a diverse team of Account Executives in your region. β’ You will train new Account Executives and coach them on best practices in selling EYE Security. β’ You will support the team in coaching and executing key deals via onsite and remote engagement with customers. β’ You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for success. β’ You will plan and communicate the path for growth per your region.
β’ You are already a successful sales leader with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience. β’ You have extensive experience in sales, preferably within the region. β’ You understand the industry in which EYE Security operates. β’ You are able to develop and implement robust sales strategies that drive growth. β’ You have a strong network of relationships within the industry. β’ You are experienced with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or similar sales/qualification methodology. β’ You thrive in a very fast-paced environment. β’ You are proficient in German and English language.
