Description

• Project management of research projects – primarily quantitative, occasionally qualitative • Acting as the first point of contact for US-based clients throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborating with other team members on study design • Questionnaire design & programming • Sample design • Interpretation of data, as well as synthesizing and visualizing findings in final reports • Extracting insights and actionable recommendations for our clients • Presentation of final results to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of market research experience • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Academic and/or professional experience with statistics; facility with a syntax-based analysis program such as R, Stata, or SPSS preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the eCommerce sector and digital trends
