Description

• As an IT System administrator, you and your team will be responsible for the end-to-end management of specific IT services within the organization. • This role involves ensuring that services are delivered by agreed-upon standards, optimizing performance and continuously improving the service delivery processes. • You’ll be interacting as a Service Owner and serve as the main point of contact between IT and the business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience in an IT service management role or equivalent administration role • Business fluency in German and English • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement • Ability to work autonomously as well as to collaborate in a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts • Ability to translate between business and technical requirements
