Description

• The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial records and in developing scalable and sustainable processes as the business grows. • You will work cross functionally within a detail-oriented environment where creative problem solving is highly valued. • Your day-to-day activities include mentoring staff, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial statements.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or foreign degree equivalent • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP • Business fluency in German and English • Knowledge and experience with German GAAP and IFRS required • Experience in the corporate accounting function of a public company desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Highly developed attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and time management skills • Team player with a positive attitude
