Description
• Support and lead the accounting team with transactional accounting and financial governance. • Manage German accounting, business process flows and compliance with accounting principles. • Collaborate with internal and external teams during audits and financial reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or foreign degree equivalent • CPA or equivalent, Bilanzbuchhalter or Internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter • At least 8 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting • At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership position • Knowledge of and experience with German GAAP and IFRS • Business fluency in German and English • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
