Description
• As the Conversion Specialist for eyeo’s consumer business, you will define and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across eyeo’s consumer brands and websites, including AdBlock and Adblock Plus. • You will work collaboratively with product, UX, and engineering teams to define and implement successful conversion strategies. Your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in improving user journeys and achieving business growth.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in CRO with a strong track record of successful experiments that drive growth • Deep knowledge of website optimization and strategies to enhance conversion rates • Experience with Optimizely or a similar tool to run experimentation • A background in conversion rate optimization from a consumer-facing business, like a brand or agency • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach • Experience managing the execution of multiple projects and aligning with stakeholders
