Description

• Develop and execute brand strategies for F45 • Oversee brand identity for FS8 and Vaura Pilates • Plan and analyze marketing campaigns • Monitor franchisee/customer feedback • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Manage brand budget effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Brand Manager, preferably in the fitness and wellness industry. • Strong understanding of brand strategy, identity, and management. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in market research and analysis. • Experience with budget management and financial tracking. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
